Find (reference SNP) neighbors to a list of SNPs

This form lets users find (reference SNP) neighbors to a list of SNPs. It finds neigbors to each (reference SNP) mapping of a specified SNP (unlike the NCBI service which will NOT report neighbors for SNPs with mappings to more than one chromomsome.
